There isn't that much to say about this one; it's one of the TNG-era
craft, and appears to have been purpose designed for that show rather than
being a modification of a TOS shuttle like the Type 6. The capabilities
are very limited, most especially the speed; warp 1.75 works out to 6.45
x c, at which speed crossing one light year would take over 56 days - crossing
one sector (20 light years) would take 3.1 years! Given this, it seems
that the Type 6 and 7 are intended to make interplanetary trips faster
than their sub-warp cousins, rather than being interstellar ships in their
own right.
