The keldon is known to be the most powerful ship class in the Cardassian fleet, but other than that I know nothing about them. Given the similarity in appearence between the two, I've therefore just made the Keldon pretty much a straight scale-up of the Galor. Like most Cardassian designs I've made it a sort of solid, reliable and not very sophisticated ship that isn't really up to the likes of the Nebula, Vor'Cha and Galaxy but is probably still better than the average alpha quadrant warship.
