This is another of those classes that I've just had to guess at. I've
made the Hideki a kind of equivalent to the World War II torpedo boats;
the kind of ship that would patrol borders, and in big battles might try
to swamp an enemy with numbers. Other than that I've just tried to give
them a history roughly in line with their size and role.
