We know a surprising amount about Borg cubes, given how infrequently
we've seen them. The sizes come from comparisons of the cubes next to the
Enterprise-D, and although this comes from a canon source FX evidence should
of course be treated a little cautiously. The estimate for the crew comes
from the various shots we've seen of apparently endless rows of drones
in their alcoves - if it was packed solid a Borg cube could hold billions
of drones, so I guestimated that a million or two would be about right.
The warp cruise speed comes from Best of Both Worlds, where a cube proved
to be at least equal to the Enterprise-D. The rest is speculation, with
the strength indicies based on what we've seen Borg cubes do to Federation
fleets when they've met them.
